We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 23:00 hours, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs.

Delivery is made by the letter carrier or parcel delivery service of DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Reflection/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Provided that the packaging is undamaged and unopened.

You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. The cost of return from your home to the store are for their own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us at info@k-natics.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
